I hope that we can introduce the snacks that we have been familiar with since we were young with more confidence as they are known as K-food.
Roy: Hey Kim! Have you ever tried Kimbap (김밥)? It's like the Korean version of sushi! 🍣
Kim: Oh, I’ve heard of it! What’s in it? 😄
Roy: It’s rice wrapped in seaweed, and it usually has veggies, egg, and sometimes meat. It's super convenient as a snack on the go! 🏃♂️
Kim: Sounds delicious! Is it similar to sushi? 🍣
Roy: A little, but the rice is seasoned differently. And Kimbap doesn’t have raw fish. It's more about the fillings! 😋
Kim: That’s interesting! What about Tteokbokki (떡볶이)? I heard it’s a popular street food too. 🌶️
Roy: Yes! Tteokbokki is made with chewy rice cakes and spicy red sauce. It’s sweet, spicy, and super addictive! 😍🔥
Kim: Oh wow, I love spicy food! Is it served hot? 🔥
Roy: Yep, it’s usually served hot and fresh. You’ll find it at most street food stalls! 🍜
Kim: I need to try both of them when I visit Korea! 😎
Roy: For sure! You’ll love it. They’re perfect for quick bites when you’re exploring the city! 🏙️
해석:
Roy: "Kim!
